Place the selections
'cas_Difference_Sel1',
'cas_Difference_Sel2',
'cas_Difference_Sel3'
and
'cas_Difference_Sel4'
in the Selections folder to your PSP program.

1. Set
the
foregroundcolor to #f6f1ee
Change the foregroundcolor to Gradient, Foreground-Background:
Open a New Transparent Image 900 x 500 pixels.
Flood Fill with the gradient.
2. Image - Rotate Left.
Layers - New Raster layer, Raster 2.
Flood Fill with the gradient again.
Image - Rotate Right.
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Overlay.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
3. Activate Selection Tool and Custom
Selection
Selections - Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections - Select None.
4. Effect - Plugins - penta.com - Jeans with the standard settings:
5. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
Once more:
6. Activate the bottom layer, Raster 1.
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.
Layers - Duplicate.
7. Activate the top layer, Promoted Selection.
In the Layerpaletten, set Blend Mode to Multiply.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
8. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave:
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
9. Activate the top layer, Raster 1.
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Multiply.
Your image should look like this now:
10. Open Mask 'cas_Mask4_100115' and minimize it.
Change the foregroundcolor to #ffffff (white).
Layers - New Raster layer, Raster 2.
Flood Fill the layer with the foregroundcolor (white).
11. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image, find 'cas_Mask4_100115':
Activate the layer 'Mask - Raster 2', Layers - Duplicate:
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
12. Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Pole Transform with the standard settings:
13. Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
14. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk and find 'cas_Difference_Sel1':
Edit - Clear, or hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
15. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave like before:
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Overlay and Opacity to 73.
16. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection like before, but find 'cas_Difference_Sel2'.
Activate the bottom layer, Copy of Raster 1.
Selections - Promote Selection to Layer.
17. Effects - Texture Effects - Sandstone:
Color #a23c17
Selections - Select None.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen More.
Layers - Arrange - Bring to Top.
18. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection like before, but find 'cas_Difference_Sel3'.
Change the backgroundcolor to #000000 (black).
Flood Fill the selection with the backgroundcolor.
Selections - Select None.
19. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #f6f1ee
Drop Shadow once more with #000000 (black):
20. Activate the layer Group - Raster 2.
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection like before, but find 'cas_Difference_Sel4'.
Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 2.
Flood Fill the selection with the backgroundcolor (black).
Selections - Select None.
21. Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Copies:
22. Open the Image 'cas_Difference_Deco1'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 3.
23. Open the Image 'cas_Difference_Deco2'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 4.
24. Activate the top layer, Promoted Selection.
Open the Image 'cas_Difference_Deco3'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 5.
25. Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
26. Open the tube 'Alies 1-2VR193-woman-28122014'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Raster, Raster 6.
Image - Resize 67%, uncheck All Layers.
Activate Pick Tool
27. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #000000 (black)
28. Open the Image 'cas_Difference_Text'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer.
Activate Pick Tool
29. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #000000 (black)
30. Image - Add Borders:
Color #000000 (black)
Edit - Copy. Image - Add Borders, Symmetric, 30 pixel, color #f6f1ee 
31. Effects - 3D Effects - Buttonize:
Color #000000 (black)
32. Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 1.
Activate Selection Tool and Custom Selection
Flood Fill the selection with the backgroundcolor (black).
Selections - Select None.
33. Edit - Paste as New Layer.
Your copy from section 30 is saved in the memory and should now be the top layer.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).
34. Sign you image.
Resize if you want a smaller image and save it.
