1. Change the foregroundcolor to Gradient:

 

 

Open New Transparent Image 800x500 pixel.

 

Flood Fill with the gradient.

 

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur 20.

 

 

2. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk:

 

 

Edit - Copy.

 

Layers - New Raster Layer.

 

Edit - Paste into Selection.

 

3. Effects - Plugins - Visual Manipulation - Cyberdelic 116.

Selections - Select none.

 

In the Layerpalette set Blend Mode to Overlay.

 

4. Effects - Geometric Effects - Skew:

 

Color #6e3f00

 

Layers - Duplicate.

 

Image - Mirror.

In the Layerpalette - Merge down.

Layers - Duplicate.

 

Image - Flip.

 

In the Layerpalette - Merge down.

 

 

5. Layers - Duplicate.

 

Load Selection from Disk like before, but find cas_CityGirl_2.

 

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

 

 

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.

 

Selections - Invert.

Push the Delete key on your keyboard.

 

 

6. Activate Raster 2.

 

Layers - Duplicate.

 

Effects - Plugins - Tronds Filters - Weirdoo:

 

 

In the Layerpalette - set Opacity to 38.

 

Selections - Select none.

 

 

7. Activate Raster 2.

 

Edit - Copy.

 

Layers - New Raster Layer.

 

Load Selection from Disk like before but find cas_CityGirl_3.

 

Edit - Paste into Selection.

In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Hard Light.

 

 

8. Activate the bottom layer.

 

Effects - Plugins - AP 01 [Innovations] - Lines - SilverLining:

 

 

Selections - Select none.

 

 

9. Load Selection from Disk like before, but find cas_CityGirl_4.

 

Layers - New Raster Layer.

 

Flood fill with #341000.

 

Selections - Select none.

 

Activate the bottom layer.

 

10. Open JPG 'cas_Mask_feb13'.

Minimize the mask.

 

Layers - New Raster Layer.

 

Flood Fill with black.

 

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image:

 

 

In the Layerpalette - Merge Group.

 

 

11. Activate the top layer.

Load Selection from Disk like before, but find cas_CityGirl_5.

 

Layers - New Raster Layer.

 

Flood fill with #850800.

 

Selections - Select none.

 

 

12. Effects - Plugins - VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Defocus:

 

 

 

 

Effects - Image effects - Seamless Tiling:

 

 

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Flip.

In the Layerpalette - Merge down.

 

Repeat plugin VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Defocus.

 

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

 

 

13. Activate Group - Raster 5.

 

Open the tube 'Cityscape'.

Edit - Copy.

 

On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.

 

 

14. Layers - Duplicate.

 

Image - Mirror.

 

Effects - Image Effects - Offset:

 

 

Layers - Duplicate.

 

Image - Mirror.

 

In the Layerpalette - Merge Visible.

 

 

15. Open the tube 'Alies 767-woman red hair-02022012'.

Edit - Copy.

On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.

Image - Resize 70% - uncheck All Layers.

Image - Mirror.

Place it down to the left like my image.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:

 

16. Open the tube 'cas_Text_CityGirl'.

 

Edit - Copy.

 

On your image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.

 

Place the text like on my image.

 

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:

 

 

 

17. Image - Add Borders 2 pixel - color black, check in Symmetric.

 

Image - Add Borders 5 pixel - color #062616.

 

Image - Add Borders 30 pixel - color #850800.

 

 

18. Activate Magic Wand:

 

 

Select the outer border.

 

Effects - Plugins - L en K's Landksideofwonders - L en K's Mayra:

 

 

 

19. Edit - Copy.

 

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20.

 

Select none.

 

Edit - Paste as New Layer.

 

In the Layerpalette, set Opacity to 30.

 

Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Clarify 20,0.

 

Image - Add Borders 2 pixel - color black.

 

20. Sign your image.

Resize if you wish to make it smaller.

Save your Image.
