Place the selections
'cas_MyStar_Sel1', '...Sel2', '...Sel3' and
'...Sel4'
in the Selections folder to your PSP program.
Place the brush 'Casiop_brush_Children' ind the Brushes folder to your PSP. If it won't work, you can import/exsport it in your PSP program. See how here.

1. Set the
foregroundcolor to #8ab4a1
Change the foregroundcolor to Gradient, Foreground-Background:
Open New Transparent Image 900 x 500 pixels, Raster 1.
Flood Fill with the gradient.
2. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 20.
3. Effects - Plugins - dsb flux - Blast:
Once more but change Direction to Upwards:
4. Effects - Plugins - Toadies - Weaver:
5. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.
6. Effects - Plugins - Lucis - LucisArt:
7. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk.
Find 'cas_MyStar_Sel1:
Selections - Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections - Select None.
8. Effects - Plugins - VanDerLee - Unplugged-X - Defocus:
9. Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:
Color #ffffff (white)
10. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave:
Once more with the same settings.
11. Effects - Image Effects - Seamles Tiling:
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Overlay and Opacity to 85.
12. Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 2.
Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before, but find 'cas_MyStar_Sel2'.
Flood Fill the selection with the backgroundcolor (white).
Selections - Select None.
13. Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Designers sf10 IV> - @BlueBerry Pie:
14. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before, but find 'cas_MyStar_Sel3'.
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Transparent Frame:
15. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #000000 (black)
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Soft Light.
16. Keep the selection on, Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 3.
Flood Fill with the backgroundcolor (white).
Selections - Modify - Contract 10 pixels.
Edit - Clear, or hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
In the Layerpalette, set Blend Mode to Soft Light.
Your image should look like this now:
17. Open Mask 'cas_Mask_0815_1'.
Activate your original image.
Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 4.
Flood Fill the layer with the backgroundcolor (white)
18. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image:
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
19. Open the Image 'cas_MyStar_Deco1'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 4.
20. Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
21. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling:
22. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk like before, but find 'cas_MyStar_Sel4'.
Flood Fill the selection with the backgroundcolor (white).
Selections - Select None.
23. Open the Image 'cas_MyStar_Deco2'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 5.
24. Open the Image 'cas_MyStar_Deco3'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 6.
25. Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
26. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #000000 (black)
27. Open the Image 'cas_MyStar_Deco4'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 7.
If you use other colors, you can change the color by using Hue and Saturation - Hue/Sauration/Lightness.
28. Activate Pick Tool
29. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #000000 (black)
30. Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Resize 80%, uncheck All Layers.
Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal (in earlier PSP versions Image - Mirror).
Activate Pick Tool
Repeat Drop Shadow from section 29.
31. Layers - Duplicate.
Activate Pick Tool
32. Layers - New Raster Layer, Raster 8.
Change the
foregroundcolor to #cea21c
Activate Paint Brush Tool
Push once with the foregroundcolor here:
33. Open the tube 'Mina@.bimba.27.05.15'.
Edit - Copy, close it down.
Edit - Paste as New Layer, Raster 9.
34. Image - Resize 52%, uncheck All Layers.
Activate Pick Tool and place it down in the right corner like this:
35. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Color #000000 (black)
36. Image - Add Borders:
Color #263e37
37. Image - Add Borders, 25 pixels, color #ffffff (white).
Effects - Plugins - Border Mania - Instant Button #2:
38. Resize your image, if you want it smaller.
Sign the
image or place your watermark on it and save as JPG.
